**15-Day Return and Refund Policy

**Terms of Return:**

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this period to be eligible for a refund. Any attempts to return items outside/ past the specified timeframe will not be considered. 

**State of Return:**

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

**Reason for Return:**

You may return items for the following reasons:

- Damaged or defective merchandise

- Incorrect size or color received

- Change of mind (please note that this is acceptable only if the item is unworn and in its original state)

**Process for Return:**

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

**Process of Refund:**

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval of the return.

- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
